Discussion on the method of formulating catalogne of dismantled drug in a hospital

目的探讨制订院内拆零药品目录的原则、依据及方法。方法通过相对量化的方式,结合药品稳定性,制订院内拆零药品目录。结果所制订医院门诊拆零药品目录共包括拆零药品68种。结论医院对该目录的制订,不仅完善了医院药品管理模式,缩减了患者的就医开支,还保证了药品的合理使用。

Objective To explore the principle,basis and method of drawing up the catalogue of dismantled drug in hospital.Methods By means of relative quantification and combining with of stability drug,the catalogue of dismantled drug in hospital was formulated.Results A total of 68 kinds of dismantled drugs were included in the catalogue.Conclusion The formulation of the catalogue not only improves the hospital drug management model,reduces the medical expenses of patients,but ensures the rational use of drugs.
