银杏达莫注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛的效果

Effect of Yinxing Damo injection combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

目的研究银杏达莫注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛的效果。方法将728例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛患者按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,各364例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,研究组选用银杏达莫注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率及血清BNP水平均显著改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Yinxing Damo injection combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods A total of 728 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 364 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate,while the study group was treated with Yinxing Damo injection combined with metoprolol tartrate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris,the frequency of angina pectoris and the levels of serum BNP in both groups significantly improved,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinxing Damo injection combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease has significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
