改进无张力疝修补术在腹外疝治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of improved tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of abdominal external hernia

目的分析改进无张力疝修补术在腹外疝治疗中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月至2016年3月我院收治的89例腹外疝者随机分为对照组(44例,行传统疝修补术治疗)及观察组(45例,改进无张力疝修补术)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、手术用时、术中出血量、排便时间、总成本、疼痛评分、满意率及复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改进无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝患者具有手术创伤小,术后恢复快,远期复发率低,术后并发症少的优势。

Objective To analyze the application effect of improved tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of abdominal external hernia.Methods A total of 89 patients with abdominal external hernia admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases,treated with traditional hernioplasty)and observation group(45 cases,treated with improved tension-free hernioplasty).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,operative duration,intraoperative bleeding volume,defecation time,total cost,pain score,satisfaction rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved tension-free hernioplasty for abdominal external hernia has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,lower long-term recurrence rate and fewer complications.
