无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗58例胃息肉患者的短期随访效果

Short-term follow-up effect of high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope for 58 patients with gastric polyps

目的研究无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉的短期随访效果。方法将我院收治的115例胃息肉患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=57)。对照组采用常规胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗,观察组采用无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治愈、复发率及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月,观察组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间及住院时间,提高治愈率,降低并发症发生率及复发率,值得推广。

Objective To study the short-term follow-up effect of high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope for gastric polyps.Methods A total of 115 patients with gastric polyps treated in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=58)and control group(n=57)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional gastroscopic high frequency electrocoagulation,while the observation group was treated with high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,cure and recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope for gastric polyps can reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,improve the cure rate and decrease the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.It is worthy of promotion.
