热牙胶垂直加压充填与冷牙胶侧方加压充填治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎的效果比较

Comparison of curative effect between hot gum vertical compression filling and cold gum lateral compression filling in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis

目的比较热牙胶垂直加压充填与冷牙胶侧方加压充填治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选择我所门诊口腔科2016年1月至2017年6月牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者78例,随机分成对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组用冷牙胶侧方加压充填治疗,观察组给予热牙胶垂直加压充填治疗。观察比较两组患者的手术时间和临床疗效。结果观察组平均手术时间为(17.29±3.85)min,短于对照组的(28.17±5.64)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术相比,热牙胶垂直加压充填治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎可明显缩短手术时间,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To comparison of clinical effects between hot gum vertical compression filling and cold gum lateral compression filling in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,78 patients with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold gum lateral compression filling,and the observation group was treated with hot gum vertical compression filling.The operative time and clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The average operative time in the observation group was(17.29±3.85)min,which was significantly shorter than(28.17±5.64)min in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the cold gum lateral compression filling,the hot gum vertical compression filling in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis can obviously shorten the operation time,improve the effective rate of treatment,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
