益气通脉汤治疗心肌梗塞后心绞痛的临床效果及其对患者生活质量的影响

Clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in the treatment of pectoris myocardial infarction angina and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨益气通脉汤治疗心肌梗塞后心绞痛(PMIA)的临床效果及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的182例PMIA患者为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法分为对照组(91例,常规治疗+硝酸甘油)与观察组(91例,常规治疗+硝酸甘油+益气通脉汤治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项中医临床症状评分及SAQ各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短、乏力、胁肋胀痛、PL、AS、AF、TS及DP评分均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血脂水平及心功能各项指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、LVESD、LVEDD、LVMI、LVEF、CI及SI水平均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气通脉汤治疗PMIA效果显著,可以改善患者的临床症状及血脂水平,提高患者的心功能及生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in the treatment of pectoris myocardial infarction angina(PMIA)and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 182 patients with PMIA admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group(91 cases,routine treatment+nitroglycerin)and observation group(91 cases,routine treatment+nitroglycerin+Yiqi Tongmai decoction).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of TCM clinical symptoms and SAQ between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,flank pain,PL,AS,AF,TS and DP in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of blood lipid and cardiac function indexes between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,LVESD,LVEDD,LVMI,LVEF,CI and SI in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai decoction is effective in the treatment of PMIA,which can improve the clinical symptoms and blood lipid levels,improve the heart function and quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
