针灸联合康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy

目的探讨针灸联合康复训练在神经根型颈椎病(CSR)治疗中的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月至2016年10月收治的CSR患者198例,随机将其分为对照组(n=99,针灸治疗)与观察组(n=99,针灸联合康复训练治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组颈肩部疼痛不适、手指疼痛麻木、上肢疼痛麻木评分及VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ASCS评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合康复训练应用于CSR治疗中的临床效果显著,可促使患者症状体征消除,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods A total of 198 CSR patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=99,acupuncture treatment)and observation group(n=99,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of neck and shoulder pain and discomfort,finger pain and numbness,upper limb pain and numbness and VAS of the two groups significantly reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ASCS scores of both groups increased significantly,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of CSR has a remarkable effect,which can promote the elimination of symptoms and signs and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
