活血止痛熏洗剂联合红花黄色素注射液预防骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓和促进骨折愈合的效果

Effect of Huoxue Zhitong fumigation combined with safflower yellow injection on prevention of deep venous thrombosis and promotion of fracture healing after surgery

目的探讨活血止痛熏洗剂联合红花黄色素注射液在预防骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)和促进骨折愈合中的效果。方法将行切开复位内固定术治疗的160例患者采用随机抽签方式分为对照组(给予常规感染预防及抗凝处理)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予红花黄色素注射液联合活血止痛熏洗剂),各80例。比较两组手术前、后凝血指标及术后恢复情况。结果术后14、28 d,观察组的ATPP、PT明显延长,FIB水平明显降低,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后肿胀消退、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛熏洗剂联合红花黄色素注射液在骨折术后患者中的应用效果显著,其可改善骨折部位血凝状态,预防DVT形成,促进骨折快速愈合。

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Zhitong fumigation combined with safflower yellow injection on prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and promotion of fracture healing after surgery.Methods A total of 160 patients treated with open reduction and internal fixation were divided into control group(given routine infection prevention and anticoagulation treatment)and observation group(given Huoxue Zhitong fumigation combined with safflower yellow injection on the basis of control group)by random lottery,with 80 cases in each group.The blood coagulation indexes before and after operation and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results At 14 and 28 days after operation,the ATPP and PT in the observation group significantly prolonged,the level of FIB significantly decreased,and above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of swelling subsidence and fracture healing in the observation were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of DVT was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong fumigation combined with safflower yellow injection in fracture patients after surgery has a remarkable effect,which can improve the blood coagulation state of fracture site,prevent DVT formation and promote the rapid healing of fracture.
