舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in emergency gastric lavage for polsoning patients

目的探讨舒适护理对急诊中毒洗胃患者不适感和治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2017年4月至2018年4月收治的急诊中毒洗胃患者92例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=46,舒适护理)和对照组(n=46,常规护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组洗胃时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、烦躁不安的发生率低于对照组,配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊中毒洗胃患者进行舒适护理能有效缓解患者不适感和疼痛感,改善其不良情绪,预后良好。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on discomfort and treatment effect of emergency gastric lavage for polsoning patients.Methods A total of 92 polsoning patients treated with emergency gastric lavage admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study objects.They were divided into observation group(n=46,comfort nursing)and control group(n=46,conventional nursing)according to random digital table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The gastric lavage time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of nausea,vomiting and irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of cooperation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing in emergency gastric lavage for polsoning patients can effectively relieve the patients'discomfort and pain,improve their bad mood,and has good prognosis.
