持续性个体化护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者诊疗依从性和生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous individualized nursing intervention on diagnosis and treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的分析持续性个体化护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者诊疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2017年5月至2018年4月收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者50例,根据随机信封法将其分为常规组(25例,常规护理)和干预组(25例,持续性个体化护理干预)。比较两组的诊疗依从性、生活质量及负性情绪变化情况。结果护理后,干预组诊疗依从性明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组生活质量各评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者实施持续性个体化护理干预效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous individualized nursing intervention on diagnosis and treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Fifty patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled and divided into routine group(n=25,routine nursing)and intervention group(n=25,continuous individualized nursing intervention)according to the random envelope method.The changes of diagnosis and treatment compliance,quality of life and negative emotions between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the diagnosis and treatment compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05);the quality life scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the intervention group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with diabetic retinopathy,continuous individualized nursing intervention has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
