摘要
[目的/意义]利用扎根研究方法探究大学生创新团队信息行为特征和影响因素,为提高大学生创新团队信息素养和创新能力,提高创新创业教育成效提供科学参考。[方法/过程]以参加创新竞赛的大学生团队为研究单元,通过深度访谈获取数据,按照扎根理论的规范流程进行编码分析。[结果/结论]构建了大学生创新创业团队信息获取行为影响因素模型,并提出改善其信息获取行为的策略。
[Objective/Meaning] This article aimed to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of the information behavior of university students’ innovative team by using grounded theory,so as to provide a scientific reference for improving the information literacy and innovation ability,help to improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education. [Method/Process] Studied the team of college students participating in the innovation competition,collected the data through in-depth interviews,and carried out the code analysis [Result/Conclusion] Constructed the model of the influencing factors of information acquisition behavior of university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship team,and put forward the strategies for improving information acquisition behavior.
