摘要
[目的]不同于官方信息传播相对理性,用户在社会化媒体上信息传播具有较强的情绪化特征。情绪化信息传播具有独特的传播机制和影响力,国内外文献已经开始对此进行关注并成为社会化媒体信息传播研究的重点之一。[方法]以社会化媒体和情绪等关键词组合在国内外文献资料库内进行搜索,对搜集的相关文献进行梳理。[结论]从社会化媒体情绪化信息特征、情感分析、情绪化传播行为及情绪化信息的影响四个方面述评现有成果,最后分析了现有研究不足并指出未来可能的研究方向。
[Purpose]Unlike the information diffused by official organization is rational,the information diffused by users in social media has strong emotional characteristics.Emotional information communication has unique communication mechanism and influence.Lots of domestic and foreign literature has begun to focus on the research of emotional information in social media which become one of important research field in the information communication.[Method]This paper used the keywords combination of social media and emotion to search in the domestic and foreign literature database.[Conclusion]It reviewed the four main research areas of the emotional information characteristics,emotional analysis,emotional communication and emotional information of social media by combing all the documents.Finally,the existing research deficiencies were analyzed and future research directions were pointed out.
