Analysis on New Regulations of OIE Reference Laboratories

OIE reference laboratories are the authoritative organizations designated for surveillance and control of specific animal diseases,providing technical supports and expertise to OIE members.According to the latest regulations of the OIE reference laboratories,related requirements on their setting-up,guide for application,disqualification and network were analyzed and interpreted.In this paper,an analysis on above-mentioned items was given,and the supplementary rules,new changes and background for reference laboratory management were discussed,all of which will be of great help for China to improve national reference laboratories management.
