摘要 为科学客观地评价企业职业病防治的工作情况,基于对职业病危害影响最大的四个方面共13个指标建立了未确知测度分析模型(UM),并引用指数状态下的变权函数对常权重进行变权(VW),最后利用置信度识别准则判定职业病危害的风险等级,并以广东某化工企业为研究对象,应用该模型进行实际分析。结果表明:在指数变权中,当惩罚水平α为0. 5,否定水平β为0. 8时,得出该企业职业病危害程度所处的风险为Ⅳ级,表现良好,比常权状态下的结果更符合实际。该方法能为职业病防治的评价和决策等方面工作提供重要思路。 In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the prevention and control of enterprise occupational diseases,the uncertainty measurement model(UM)was established based on 13 indexes having the greatest impact on the occupational health hazards and the variable weight in exponential state was cited to conduct variable weighting(VW)for the constant weights’evaluation.Finally,the risk grade of the evaluation was found by grade determination based on confidence identification criteria.This model was applied in a chemical enterprise.The results show that the risk of the occupational healthy hazard is IV when the penalty levelαis 0.5 as well as the negative levelβis 0.8 in exponential variable weights.Also,the results are more practical than the constant weight state.The method can provide important ideas for the evaluation and decision-making in prevention and control of occupational diseases.
