摘要
为研究添加机制砂对C60高性能混凝土性能的影响,文章依托贵港高山桥项目,采用不同机制砂替代率配制C60高性能混凝土并进行相关性能指标试验。结果表明:随着机制砂替换率的增大,所配制混凝土的表观密度、28d抗压强度增大,电通量随之减小。该结果可为实际工程C60高性能混凝土机制砂替代率的合理确定提供试验参考。
In order to study the effect of adding manufactured sand on the performance of C60 high-performance concrete,C60 high-performance concrete was prepared with different replacement ratios of manufactured sand based on the Gaoshan Bridge Project in Guigang City,and relevant performance parameters of the samples of the concrete were tested.The results show that the apparent density,28d compressive strength and electric flux of the prepared concrete samples increase with the increase of replacement rate of manufactured sand,and the electric flux decreases.The results can provide the reference for determining the reasonable manufactured sand replacement ratio of C60 high-performance concrete in practical engineering.
