脑梗死恢复期中医证型与血脂及CRP关系分析

The Relationship between Type of TCM Syndromes and Blood Fats and CRP for the Patients at Recovery Stage of Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察脑梗死恢复期中医证型分布特点,并探讨其与血脂、CRP的关系。方法:将90例入组的脑梗死恢复期患者,按照中医症候分型标准分为3组(气虚血瘀证、痰瘀阻络证、阴虚风动证),同时选取30例健康体检人群作为对照组。各组于入组后24小时内进行血脂及CRP检测。结果:90例脑梗死恢复期患者气虚血瘀证患者43例,占47.8%,明显高于痰瘀阻络证、阴虚风动证组。与对照组比较,各证型中TG、TC、LDL-c水平均明显升高,其中以痰瘀阻络型明显高于其他证型。结论:脑梗死恢复期患者中医证候分型以气虚血瘀证型为主,痰瘀阻络证患者的TG、TC、LDL-c、CRP水平较高(P<0.05),中医的痰瘀可能与血脂、CRP存在着一定的关系。

Objective:To observe the relationship between characteristics of TCM syndromes and blood fats and CRP for the patients at recovery stage of cerebral infarction.Methods:90 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction were divided into three groups according to their TCM syndromes(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome,Yin deficiency and wind-moving syndrome),at the same time,30 healthy people were selected as the control group.Blood fats and CRP were detected in each group within 24 hours after admission.Results:43 the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome contributed account for 47.8% in the above 90 patients,which were significantly higher than those in phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome and Yin deficiency and wind-moving syndrome groups.Compared with the control group,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-c in each syndrome type group were significantly increased in phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome,which was significantly higher than that in other syndrome types groups.Conclusion:The TCM syndromes of patients in cerebral infarction convalescence were mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-c and CRP in the patients with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome were higher(P<0.05).Phlegm and blood stasis in TCM might be related to blood fats and CRP.
