脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征治疗现状研究

Study on the Treatment of Spleen-deficiency and Phlegm-damp Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的女性生殖内分泌疾病,临床以月经改变,高雄激素表现,稀发排卵或无排卵,B超下卵巢呈多囊样改变为主要特征。文章通过对有关中医及西医治疗脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢的文献进行整理,从西医治疗、中药治疗、针灸治疗法、中西药结合治疗、针药结合治疗等不同方面对脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效进行分析研究,为以后的临床研究提供参考依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common female reproductive endocrine disease.Clinical with menstruation change,high androgen expression,rare ovulation or ovulation,B ultrasound under the ovary showed polycystic changes as the main features.In this paper,the literature on the treatment of spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type polycystic ovary by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was sorted out,and the clinical efficacy of spleen-deficiency and phlegm-damp type polycystic ovary syndrome was analyzed and studied from the aspects of western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine and other aspects.It provides reference basis for future clinical research.
