Research on the Construction of Campus Safety Management System in Colleges and Universities

高校校园安全事故会严重影响正常教学秩序的开展和学生的身心健康,如何针对高校安全管理现状与存在问题,构建合理的高校安全管理体系,是当前高校迫切需要解决的问题。文章在分析高校校园安全管理现状与存在问题基础上,提出建立稳定可靠的安全管理运行机制,构建人防、物防、技防、管防安全管理体系,以促进和谐平安校园建设。

Campus safety accidents in colleges and universities will seriously affect the development of normal teaching order and students’physical and mental health.How to build a reasonable college safety management system based on the current situation and existing problems of college safety management is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of campus safety management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the establishment of stable and reliable safety management operation mechanism,the construction of safety management system from the aspects of personnel,equipment,technology and management,for promoting the construction of harmonious and safe campus.
