摘要 目的:探讨LED红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶对面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎(FCAD)患者皮肤功能改善的影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年10月在笔者医院接受治疗的96例FCAD患者,根据随机数字表法分成两组。对照组:48例,采用rhEGF凝胶治疗;观察组:48例,在对照组基础上采用LED红蓝光治疗;观察两组患者疗效、不良反应及复发状况,检测治疗前后患者经皮水分丢失(TEWL)、表皮油脂含量和表皮含水量,ELISA法检测血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白-E(IgE)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为89.58%,对照组为60.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者表皮油脂含量、表皮含水量较治疗前显著升高,TEWL较治疗前显著降低,且观察组效果更优,和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IFN-γ、IgE及IL-4含量较治疗前、对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LED红蓝光结合rhEGF治疗FCAD疗效显著,可明显改善患者皮肤屏障功能。 Objective To analyze the effect of LED red-blue combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) gel on the improvement of skin function in patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis (FCAD). Methods A total of 96 patients with FCAD who were treated in our hospital between October 2015 and October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (48 cases)was treated with rhEGF gel. The observation group (48 cases)was On the basis of the control group, LED red blue light was used to treat the patients;the efficacy, adverse reactions, and recurrence of the patients were observed;the transepidermal water loss (TEWL), epidermis oil content, and epidermal water content were measured before and after treatment;the levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ), immunoglobulin-E (IgE), and interleukin-4 (IL-4) were measured by ELISA. Results The total effective rate was 89.58% in the observation group and 60.42% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the oil and epidermis water content of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment. TEWL was more effective than the treatment. The former was significantly lower, and the observation group was more effective, and there was a statistically significant difference between the control group and the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the serum IFN-γ, IgE and IL-4 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and control groups. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion LED red-blue combined with rhEGF has a significant effect on FCAD patients and can significantly improve skin barrier function.
