摘要
无粘结相WC基硬质合金刀具材料拥有良好的硬度及红硬性,优异的耐腐蚀性及耐磨性,一定的断裂韧性,在切削加工难加工材料方面(如钛合金加工)具有良好的切削性能,拥有更广阔的运用前景。本文对国内外关于无粘结相硬质合金刀具的研究成果进行综述,阐述当前限制无粘结相硬质合金刀具开发和应用的困难和问题,并对未来无粘结相硬质合金刀具的发展前景做出合理的推测。
The WC-based carbide cutting tool material without bonding phase has good hardness and red hardness,excellent corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and certain fracture toughness.In cutting difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloy,it has good cutting performance and has a broader application prospect.This article reviews the research results of non-bonded cemented carbide tools at home and abroad,describes the difficulties and problems that currently limit the development and application of non-bonded carbide tools,and discusses the future of binderless carbide tools.
