3D打印钛合金构件和钛合金锻件铣削加工性能对比研究

摘要 3D打印钛合金作为航空航天领域的一种新兴材料,其切削加工性能一直受到极大关注。本文对3D打印钛合金构件和钛合金锻件进行正交铣削试验,对比分析了两种材料在铣削力、铣削温度和刀具磨损等方面的异同,得出了两种材料铣削加工性能的差异,本研究可对加工生产提供指导。 The cutting performance of 3D printing titanium alloy as one of new materials in aerospace has received great attentions.In this paper,the orthogonal experiment on the milling of 3D printing titanium alloy and common titanium alloy is carried out to analyze the similarities and differences between the milling force,the milling temperature and the tool wear of the two materials.The difference in milling performance between two materials is concluded,which can provide a guidance for machining.
