回转体内表面正交车铣加工仿真和分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过正交试验法设计9组正交试验L_9(3~4),以表面粗糙度为研究重点,对材料为7075铝合金的大型回转体内表面进行正交车铣加工,研究正交车铣加工大型回转体内表面时切削参数与表面粗糙度的关系。通过MATLAB软件对正交车铣加工大型回转体内表面的表面形貌进行仿真,将得到的仿真结果与试验结果进行对比分析,建立正交车铣加工大型回转体内表面的表面粗糙度计算公式。 In this paper,9 group of orthogonal experiments L 9(3 4)are designed by orthogonal test method.Taking the surface roughness as the research focus,the surface of large rotary body of 7075 aluminum alloy is machined by orthogonal turning-milling to study the relationship between cutting parameters and surface roughness.The surface morphology of the large rotary body is simulated by MATLAB software and compared with experimental results,and a formula for calculating the surface roughness of the large rotary body by orthogonal turning-milling is established.
