基于谐波分解的滚齿加工齿距误差在机补偿方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高齿轮的滚齿加工精度,提出了一种基于谐波分解的滚齿加工齿距误差在机补偿方法。利用在机测量系统对含有加工余量的齿轮进行齿距累积偏差的测量,得到齿距累积偏差曲线;根据离散傅里叶变换求取齿距累积偏差曲线的幅值谱和相位谱,通过所求得的幅值谱和相位谱求解误差补偿量,以加工程序(NC程序)的形式输入数控系统;通过控制滚刀和工件之间的啮合关系,从而实现齿轮齿距累积偏差的在机补偿。通过VeriCut进行的齿轮加工仿真结果表明,该方法可以减小被加工齿轮的齿距累积偏差,使滚齿加工的齿距加工精度提高2-3个精度等级。 To improve the accuracy of gear hobbing,a method based on harmonic decomposition for gear pitch errorcompensation on machine is proposed.Firstly,the pitch cumulative deviation of gears with machining allowance is measured by on-machine measurement system.Nextly,the amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum of the pitch cumulative deviation curve are obtained by discrete Fourier transform,and the error compensation quantities are calculated by the amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum.Finally,the error compensation quantities are input into the NC system in the form of NC program to control the meshing relationship between the hob and the workpiece.Therefore,the on-line compensation of accumulative deviation of gear pitch can be realized.Gear machining through VeriCut simulation shows that the harmonic decomposition method proposed in this paper can reduce the pitch cumulative deviation of the machined gear and that the hobbing accuracy about the pitch accumulative deviation can be improved by 2-3 grades.
