性别对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平与血脂相关性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨性别对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者血糖控制水平和血脂之间相关性的影响。方法 T2DM患者300例,其中男150例,女150例。观察不同性别糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)。根据Hb A1c测定结果分为血糖控制达标组(A组)、血糖控制较差组(B组)、血糖控制极差组(C组)。分析3组间的血脂水平的差异,分别对比男女性患者A、B、C组的血脂水平的差异,分析性别对Hb A1c及血脂相关性的影响。结果不同性别的2型糖尿病患者在年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数、Hb A1c、TC、TG方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 3组间TC、TG、LDL-C水平差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);男性患者Hb A1c与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关(r值分别为0. 57、0. 62,P <0. 05),而女性患者Hb A1c与TG呈正相关(r值分别为0. 58,P <0. 05)。结论血糖和血脂水平在糖尿病病程中互相影响,血糖控制达标有利于血脂的控制,性别对血糖和血脂的相关性有一定影响,不同性别患者应有针对性的监测并控制血脂水平。 Objective To investigate the effects of gender on the correlation between blood glucose levels and serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 300 patients with T2DM who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 1,2016 to February 28,2017,including 150 males and 150 females,were enrolled in the study.These patients were divided into male group and female group,then each group was subdivided into three groups according to HbA1c levels,group A,group B and group C.The differences of HbA1c,triglyceride(TG),totalcholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were observed and comapred among the groups.Moreover the effects of gender on the correlation between blood glucose levels and serum lipids were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the patient’s age,duration of diabetes,BMI and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C between male group and female group(P >0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C among group A,B and C(P<0.05).Moreover there was a positive correlation between HbA1c and TC as well as LDL-C in male patients(r=0.57,0.62,respectively,P<0.05),however there was an negative correlation between HbA1c and TG in female patients(r=0.58,P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose levels are mutually influenced with blood lipid levels in the course of T2DM,and gender has a certain effects on the correlation between blood glucose and blood lipid levels,therefor,it is necessary to monitor and control directively the blood lipid levels according to the male patients or female patients.
