胎盘植入诊疗新进展的研究

New progress in diagnosis and treatment of placenta implantation

胎盘植入是产科较为凶险的并发症之一,若诊断和治疗处理不及时,极易引起严重并发症,最常见和最严重的并发症是产后出血,后者是产科行全子宫切除术常见的指征,永久的剥夺了女性的生育能力,其次是弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)、多系统器官功能衰竭(MODF)、宫腔内感染、子宫破裂、周围脏器损伤、感染性中毒性休克甚至死亡。随着剖宫产率的升高,胎盘植入的发病率逐年稳步上升。本文就胎盘植入的病因学、诊断和治疗的研究进展作一综述。

Placenta implantation is one of the more dangerous complications of obstetrics.If the diagnosis and treatment are not timely,and it is easy to cause serious complications,the most common and most serious complication is postpartum hemorrhage.The latter is obstetric hysterectomy.common index of permanent deprivation of women’s fertility,followed by disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC),multiple systemic organ failure(MODF),intrauterine infection,uterine rupture,peripheral organ damage,infectivity toxic shock or even death.With the increase of cesarean section rate,the incidence of placental implantation has steadily increased year by year.This article reviews the research progress in the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of placenta implantation.
