整体护理对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离术的效果观察

Clinical effects of holistic nursing after vitreous resection combined with silicone filling in treatment of retinal detachment

目的探究整体护理对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离术后的临床效果。方法收集2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日收治的玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离术后患者150例,随机数字分为对照组与观察组,每组75例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组在此基础上,实施整体护理。2组患者分别以各自的方式护理6个月后,对2组患者视力恢复情况、疼痛发生情况、生活质量评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度进行统计,从而评价2组护理方式的临床效果。结果护理干预前观察组与对照组相比,视力情况、疼痛发生情况、生活质量评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度均无明显差异(P> 0. 05);护理干预后,观察组患者视力提高35眼(46. 67%),对照组患者视力提高8眼(10. 67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与对照组相比,观察组无痛患者明显较高,中度疼痛患者明显较低,且疼痛评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);术后随访发现,观察组相比对照组患者,生活质量评分明显提高,且生活质量较好和良好的患者明显较多(P <0. 05);观察组患者对护理效果非常满意明显高于对照组,且仅有1例患者对护理效果不满意,满意度高达98. 67%,明显高于对照组85. 33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者对护理效果满意度高达98. 67%,明显高于对照组85. 33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论整体护理可明显改善玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗视网膜脱离术后患者视力情况,减轻术后眼部疼痛,降低并发症发生率,护理效果更加,适宜临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of holistic nursing after vitreous excision combined with silicone oil filling in treatment of retinal detachment.Methods A total of 150 patients with retinal detachment who were treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling in our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were enrolled in the study.According to random number table,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing after surgery,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by holistic nursing,with a treatment course of 6 months for both grousp.Then the visual acuity recovery status,pain status,life quality scores,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical effects of two kinds of nursing modes.Results After nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in the visual acuity,pain status,life quality scores,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups(P >0.05).After nursing intervention,visual acuity was improved in 35 eyes(46.67%)in observation group and 8 eyes(10.67%)in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients without pain in observation group were significantly more than those in control group,and the patients with moderate pain were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the patients with better life quality in observation group were significantly more than those in control group.In addition the satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(98.67%vs 85.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing can significantly improve visual acuity of patients with retinal detachment after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling treatment,which can relieve postoperative ocular pain,reduce the incidence of complications,with better nursing effects,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application.
