Research current situation of self-management ability and influencing factors in patients with diabetes mellitus

糖尿病是一种慢性疾病,除日常药物饮食治疗以外,患者自身对于疾病的管理也十分重要,为让患者了解疾病自我管理的重要性,本文从自我管理的概念、国内外自我管理行为现状、糖尿病患者自我管理影响因素3个方面进行综述,以期为提高患者自我管理行为提供参考,并对未来的研究指明方向。

Diabetes is a kind of chronic disease.In addition to daily drug diet therapy,it is important for patients themselves to disease management,in order to enable patients to understand the importance of disease self-management,this article reviews the concept of self-management,the current situation of self-management behavior at home and abroad,and the influencing factors of self-management of diabetic patients,so as to provide references for patients to improve self-management behavior, and to provide directions for future research.
