青少年精神分裂症患者父母焦虑抑郁状况调查及干预效果评价

Investigation of anxiety and depression status of parents of teenagers with schizophrenia and evaluation of intervention effects

目的调查青少年精神分裂症患者父母焦虑抑郁状况,分析其相关影响因素,探讨干预措施。方法选取76例精神分裂症患儿父母152例为观察组,75例健康查体青少年的父母150例为对照组,比较2组焦虑抑郁评分,多因素Logistic回归模型分析焦虑、抑郁发生的影响因素。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(42. 64±6. 17)分、(45. 36±7. 15)分,高于对照组的(27. 32±3. 56)分、(28. 38±4. 56)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。患儿父母焦虑、抑郁均与父母、年龄、受教育程度、职业、月经济收入有关(P <0. 05),而与宗教信仰无关(P> 0. 05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示,父母和受教育程度是影响患者焦虑、抑郁的独立因素。患儿父母干预后焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论青少年精神分裂症患者父母存在焦虑抑郁,父母和受教育程度是焦虑、抑郁发生的独立因素,应采取积极的干预措施降低负性情绪产生的影响。

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status of parents of teenagers with schizophrenia, and to analyze related influencing factors and to exlore intervention measures. MethodsA total of 152 pair of parents of teenagers with schizophrenia were enrolled as observation group,and 75 pair of parents of healthy teenagers were enrolled as control group. The scores of anxiety and depression were observed and compared between the two groups,moreover, multiple factor logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression. ResultsThe scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were (42.64±6.17)points,( 45.36 ±7.15) points,respectively, which were significantly higher than those[(27.32±3.56)points,(28.38±4.56)points] in control group( P <0.05).Both anxiety and depression of parents were related with parents'age,education background ,occupation,monthly income ( P <0.05),however,which were not associated with religious belief( P >0.05).Multiple factor logistic regression model showed that parents and education background were the independent factors of anxiety and depression.The scores of anxiety and depression of parents after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention( P <0.05). ConclusionThe parents of teenagers with schizophrenia have anxiety and depression,and parents and education background are the independent factors of anxiety and depression,therefor, it is necessary to take positive intervention measure to reduce the effects of negative emotions.
