摘要
针对纳米膨润土改性沥青的低温性能缺陷,采用干法工艺在纳米膨润土改性沥青混合料中添加1‰橡维联添加剂,并展开了路用性能测试。结果表明,1‰橡维联较大幅度地提高了沥青的低温性能,使连续级配的极限弯拉应变达到了3150με,间断级配达到3425με,满足了我国冬严寒区低温弯曲试验破坏应变技术要求。此外,添加剂对纳米膨润土改性沥青混合料的高温性和水稳定性也有一定的提升效果,达到了高低温可同时兼顾的特点,从而实现了纳米膨润土在沥青路面中的应用。
Since nano-bentonite modified asphalt has a low temperature performance defects, on which 1‰ rubber dimensional joint was added to form a dry process, and its road performance was tested. The results show that 1‰ rubber dimensional joint particles greatly improve the low temperature performance of asphalt with the ultimate bending strain of continuous grading 3150με, and the intermittent gradation 3425με, which satisfies the failure strain of low temperature bending test in winter cold region skills requirement. In addition, the additive has a certain improvement effect on the high temperature and water stability of the nano-bentonite modified asphalt mixture by achieving the characteristics of high and low temperature at the same time to realize the application of nano-bentonite in asphalt pavement.
