摘要
以成都某地铁区间下穿河道工程为依托,对盾构穿越河道采用抗浮板+抗拔桩结构进行辅助抗浮,并分别就施工阶段结构抗浮、运营阶段结构抗浮进行验算,分析盾构穿越过程中抗浮板及纵梁的受力情况。同时分别阐述地铁区间浅覆土下穿河道的设计思路及在该条件下穿越时的管片抗上浮、管片防水处理、抗浮板防冲刷等特殊问题的处理措施。随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,本文所提出的技术措施对未来类似条件下的隧道施工具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the river crossing project in a subway section in Chengdu, the anti-buoyancy board and uplift pile structure is used to support anti floating of the shield tunnel. And anti-floating stability of the structure during the construction stage to operation stage is checked, and the force analysis of the anti-buoyancy board and the longitudinal beam in the course of the shield crossing is analyzed. At the same time, this paper expounds the design ideas of the shallow covering under river in the subway, and the treatment measures for the special problems such as shield segment anti-floating, the waterproof treatment of segment structure and the scour prevention of anti-buoyancy board under this condition. With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the technical measures proposed in this paper have certain reference value for tunnel construction under similar conditions in the future.
