补片参数对胶接修理碳纤维层合板抗冲击损伤性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究补片修补参数对碳纤维层合板抗冲击损伤性能的影响,基于瞬态冲击连续损伤力学和内聚力模型,对不同胶接补片参数的碳纤维层合板在低速冲击过程中,内部和层间损伤演变情况进行了研究,并进行了低速冲击试验的对比分析。5种不同形状的补片被选定用于评价修补效果:圆形补片、正四边形补片、菱形补片、正六边形补片以及正八边形补片,同时,考虑补片面积对修补效果的影响,通过试验与数值计算,获得了冲击过程的冲击力、冲击能量等数据。研究结果表明,同面积不同形状补片中,圆形补片的修补效果是最好的;在一定范围内增加补片大小可以增强修补效果,但是当补片的面积达到一定程度时,修补效果不再有明显的改善。 Here,in order to study effects of patch parameters on anti-impact damage performance of adhesive repaired carbon fiber laminates,based on continuous damage mechanics and cohesion model of transient impact,intra-laminar and inter-laminar damage evolution processes of carbon fiber laminates repaired with different patch parameters were simulated under low velocity impact.The comparative analysis for low velocity impact tests was performed.Five patches with the same bonding surface area but different shapes were chosen to evaluate repair effect including circular patch,square one,diamond one,hexagon one and octagonal one.The study results showed that circular patch has the best repair effect;increasing patch size enhances the repair effect;when the patch area grows to a certain extent,the repair effect is no longer significantly improved.
