造桥机主梁腹板的开孔方法

摘要 为了减轻造桥机主梁自重、减小迎风面积及提高模架抗倾覆稳定性,采用有限元屈曲稳定性分析及线性回归方法,研究了主梁腹板开孔的形状、大小及补强方式对主梁屈曲稳定性的影响。结果表明:屈曲特征值随开孔面积的增大呈近似线性下降;对于同面积矩形开孔,竖直孔比平卧孔稳定性好;在开孔面积相等的情况下,圆孔稳定性最优,矩形孔次之,正方形孔最差;当围缘扁钢厚度一定,屈曲特征值随宽度增大而近似线性增大,但当扁钢宽度增大到一定程度后,对屈曲稳定性几乎无影响;当围缘扁钢宽度一定,屈曲特征值随厚度增大近似线性增加。 In order to reduce the self-weight of the main girder of bridge fabrication machine,reduce the frontal area and improve the anti-overturning stability of the mould base,the influence of the shape,size and reinforcement measure of the web perforation of main girder were studied by using the methods of finite element buckling stability analysis and linear regression.The results show that the buckling eigenvalue decreases approximately linearly with the increase of the opening area.For rectangular opening of the same area,the stability of vertical hole is better than that of supine hole.Under the condition of the same opening area,the stability of circular holes are the best,rectangular holes can be the second,and square holes are the least.When the thickness of the ring plate is constant,the buckling eigenvalue increases approximately linearly with the increase of the width.However,when the width of the ring plate increases to a certain extent,it has almost no effect on the buckling stability.Besides,when the width of the ring plate is constant,the buckling eigenvalue increases approximately linearly with the increase of the thickness.
