摘要
为研究建筑垃圾混合料填筑路堤的沉降特征,依托兰州南绕城高速公路建设项目,开展土工离心模型试验。试验结果表明:建筑垃圾填料路堤总沉降和工后沉降随压实度的提高而降低,压实度分别为88%、91%、94%、97%时,12 m的建筑垃圾填料路堤工后沉降分别为7.13、6.45、4.94、4.25mm;建筑垃圾混合填料路堤工后沉降和路堤高度存在一定的线性关系。建筑垃圾和黄土配合比为4∶6的混合料可直接用作路堤填料,考虑工程成本和施工因素的影响,路堤压实度宜控制在94%以上。
In order to study the settlement characteristics of embankment filled with construction waste mixture,the geotechnical centrifuge model test was carried out based on the construction project of Lanzhou South Ring Expressway.The test results show that the total settlement and post-construction settlement of the embankment filled with construction waste decrease with the increase of compaction degree.When the compaction degree is 88%,91%,94%and 97%,the 12-meter post-construction settlement of the embankment filled with construction waste is 7.13,6.45,4.94 and 4.25 mm,respectively.There is a certain linear relationship between post-construction settlement and embankment height of construction waste mixed-filled embankment.The mixture ratio of construction waste and loess is 4∶6,which can be directly used as embankment filling.Considering the influence of engineering cost and construction factors,the compactness of embankment should be controlled above 94%.
