摘要
为了研究沥青混合料颗粒在双卧轴搅拌机内的混合特性,提高搅拌质量,通过Creo2.0建立小型双卧轴搅拌机模型,采用EDEM仿真软件对不同工况下的沥青混合料搅拌过程进行仿真研究;在其他条件相同的情况下,分别研究4种不同充盈率下物料颗粒在搅拌过程中的分布、速度及均匀性,确定出沥青混合料搅拌均匀性较好的充盈率范围;在其他条件相同情况下,分别研究了4种不同转速对混合料搅拌均匀性的影响,确定了合理的搅拌转速。
In order to study the mixing characteristics of asphalt mixture particles in the twin-shaft mixer and improve the mixing quality,the model of small twin-shaft mixer was established by Creo2.0 and the mixing process of asphalt mixture under different working conditions was simulated by EDEM simulation software.The distribution,speed and uniformity of the material particles were studied respectively under four different kinds of filling rate during the mixing process with the same other conditions to determine the filling rate range with good mixing uniformity of the asphalt mixture.Besides,the effects of four different rotational speeds on mixing uniformity of asphalt mixture were also studied and the reasonable rotational speed of mixing was determined.
