摘要
针对国内高速公路运营安全生产费用的投入尚无标准的问题,通过调查陕西省部分高速公路安全生产费用情况,选取路基宽度、隧道比、路面结构指数为主要影响因素进行分级划分;通过数理统计原理t分布和灰色关联度分析,对主要影响因素进行单因素区间估计和相应权重确定,再结合地理条件系数和物价条件系数,提出了高速公路运营安全生产费用控制区间和控制方法。研究结果对高速公路运营管理具有指导意义。
Aiming at the problem that there is no standard investment in safety production cost of expressway operation in China,through investigating safety production cost of some expressways in Shaanxi Province,the subgrade width,tunnel ratio and pavement structure index were selected as the main influencing factors and classified.Through the analysis of the mathematical statistics principle t distribution and grey relational degree,single factor interval estimation and corresponding weight determination of the main influencing factors were carried out.Combined with geographical condition coefficient and price condition coefficient,the control interval and control method of safety production cost in expressway operation were put forward.The research results have guiding significance for highway operation management.
