摘要
文中介绍了国内外近年来对于蜡沉积的主要研究方法,针对油品管输过程中油流的温度、管壁温度以及两者之间的温度梯度对管输含蜡原油蜡沉积过程的影响,对宏观层面的表现形式以及微观层面的作用机理进行了分析。此外,文中还对近年来原油析蜡点的测量方法及其测量原理进行了说明,并对各个析蜡点测量方法的优缺点进行了对比。
The main research methods of wax deposition in recent years at home and abroad were introduced in this paper.The impacts of the flow temperature,wall temperature and the temperature gradient waxy crude oil waxy deposition process in pipeline were analyzed.The expression form at the macro level and the action mechanism at the micro level were analyzed.In addition,the measurement method and principle of wax appearance temperature in crude oil in recent years were also described in recent years.The advantages and disadvantages of the measurement methods of wax appearance temperature were compared.
