摘要
为确保油气管道在输送过程中安全运行,根据水击波原理,构建数学模型,并借助GPS授时技术、DMA(直接内存访问)以及自适应滤波等信号处理方法,建立油气管线泄漏动态检测与定位系统。通过安装在管线两端的检测子系统,实时监测输油管线的压力变化来判断输油管线有无泄漏现象发生,并根据水击波在管线内传播的方向和速度确定泄漏位置,以便及时发现、控制和解决油气管线泄漏事故。
To ensure the safety operation of oil.gas pipelines in transmission process,this article was according to the principles of water hammer wave to build the mathematical model,and with the help of GPS timing technology,DMA (direct memory access) and adaptive filtering to build up oil.gas pipeline leak dynamic detection and positioning system.The system used detection subsystem,which installed at both ends of the line,can monitor the pressure change of oil pipeline in real time to determine whether the oil pipeline was leaking,and determine the leakage location according to the direction and speed of water shock wave propagation in the pipeline,so as to timely find,control and solve oil.gas pipeline leakage accidents.
