恶性实体瘤患儿主要照顾者照顾感受的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Experience of Caregivers of Children with Malignant Solid Tumor

目的探讨恶性实体瘤患儿主要照顾者在陪伴患儿治疗期间内心深处的感受。方法采用目的抽样法,对2018年1-7月我院收治的14例恶性实体瘤患儿主要照顾者进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果恶性实体瘤患儿主要照顾者的照顾感受可归纳为5个主题:疾病确诊时心理感受复杂;照护知识和技能的缺乏;承受巨大照顾负荷;希望得到支持与经济帮助;积极、坚定的应对态度。结论了解恶性实体瘤患儿主要照顾者的照顾感受可协助护理人员为其提供针对性的护理,提高其生活质量,促进患儿康复。

Objective To explore the experiences of caregivers of children with malignant solid tumor.Methods By purpose sampling method,fourteenth caregivers of malignant tumor participated in semi-structured interview from January 2018 to July 2018.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method of phenomenological analysis.Results Five themes were extracted including:the panic at the time of diagnosis of the disease;lack of knowledge and skills in the care of the disease;bear care of heavy burden;hope for support and economic help;positive and firm response.Conclusion Understanding caring feelings of caregivers for malignant solid tumor can help nurse provide individualized nursing,improve caregiver's quality of life and promote the rehabilitation of children.
