碱式硫酸镁晶须对聚丙烯阻燃及发泡性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为相容剂,将WS-152和WS-3D两种碱式硫酸镁晶须(MOS)分别以不同含量加入聚丙烯(PP),用熔融共混法制得PP/MOS复合材料,并对复合材料进行间歇发泡处理,得到PP/MOS复合发泡材料。研究了两种碱式硫酸镁晶须的含量分别对复合材料的阻燃性能、拉伸性能和发泡性能的影响。结果表明,碱式硫酸镁晶须的加入,能够提升复合材料的阻燃性能、拉伸性能和发泡性能,且WS-152的作用效果更显著。 Taking maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)as compatibilizer,two types of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers(MOS),which were WS-152 and WS-3D,were blended into polypropylene(PP)with different contents.The PP/MOS composite materials were prepared by melt blending and subjected to batch foaming process to obtain the PP/MOS foaming composites.The effects of the content of two basic magnesium sulfate whiskers on the flame retardancy,tensile properties and foaming properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the flame retardancy,tensile properties and foaming properties of the composites could be improved with the addition of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers,and the effect of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers of WS-152 is more obvious.
