摘要
全面对比分析了两种含有环氧官能团的增韧剂AX8900和SOG-03对纯增韧PBT及PBT/GF体系韧性的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、多次挤出工艺、长期热氧老化设备以及常规的物性检测设备研究了两种增韧剂对增韧PBT及PBT/GF体系微观形貌、流动性、耐热性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,两种增韧剂在纯PBT体系中具有非常相近的缺口冲击韧性,AX8900具有更优的相态细化能力,SOG-03在长期热氧老化后保持更高的冲击强度和流动性;在PBT/GF体系中,无论增韧剂的添加量为3%还是5%,AX8900和SOG-03都具有非常相近的冲击韧性,长期热氧老化后的冲击强度也几乎一致。这表明在增韧PBT及PBT/GF体系中,SOG-03完全可以作为AX8900的替代产品使用。
The influence of AX8900 and SOG-03 on the toughness of toughened poly(butylene terephthalare)PBT and PBT/(Glass Fiber)GF system was studied in this paper.And the influence of two toughner on the system,microstructure,flowability,thermal stability and mechanical properties of toughened PBT and PBT/GF system were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),multiple extrusion process,thermal-oxygen aging equipment and conventional tests.The results show that in the pure toughened PBT system,AX8900 and SOG-03 could indicate almost the same impact strength.AX8900 has better phase refinement ability and SOG-03 shows a better flowability and impact strength retention after a long-term thermal-oxidative aging.For the PBT/GF system,AX8900 and SOG-03 could provide very similar impact strength no matter the toughner content is 3wt%or 5wt%,even after a long-term thermal-oxidative aging.Therefore we could conclude that SOG-03 could be treated as an excellent alternative product for AX8900 in toughed PBT and PBT/GF system.
