高导热石墨/SEBS/超高分子量聚乙烯三元复合材料的制备与研究 被引量:5

摘要 以鳞片石墨(FG)为填料,热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)嵌段共聚物和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为基体,通过材料结构设计,在通用加工条件下构建了具有隔离结构的高导热三元复合材料。结果表明,FG和SEBS的混合物分布在UHMWPE颗粒周围组成隔离结构,形成导热通路; XRD结果证实FG在复合材料中存在择优取向,促使材料产生了的各向异性,复合材料在in-plane和through-plane两个方向上的最高导热系数分别为6. 781 W/(m·K)和2. 553 W/(m·K)。相对于纯的UHMWPE,导热系数分别提高了14. 07倍和4. 67倍。TGA结果表明FG的引入在一定程度上阻碍了复合材料的热降解,提高了材料的耐热性。 In this paper,taking flake graphite(FG)as filler,thermoplastic elastomer styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene(SEBS)block copolymer and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)as matrix,based on the material structure design,a high thermal conductivity ternary composite with an isolated structure was constructed under general processing conditions.The results show that the blending of FG and SEBS could distribute around UHMWPE particles to form isolated structure and thermal conductive pathways.The XRD results indicate that FG has a preferred orientation in composite materials,which leads to anisotropy of the material,and the highest thermal conductivity of the composite material in the in-plane and through-plane directions are 6.781 W/(m·K)and 2.553 W/(m·K),respectively.Comparing with the pure UHMWPE,the coefficients has increased by 14.07 times and 4.67 times,respectively.The TGA results show that the introduction of FG impedes the thermal degradation of the composite and improves the heat resistance of the material.
