摘要
微信服务以其通用性、互动性、便捷性、易用性以及个性化等诸多优势,悄然改变着越来越多图书馆读者的阅读行为。基于此,通过对肇庆市图书馆微信公众平台融合图书馆服务进行数据统计,包括读者数据、书刊续借数据、自助设备借阅数据以及免费WiFi登录方式数据等,分析其中存在的问题,并对如何提高用户粘性,促进图书馆传统业务发展,提出合理建议。
With its advantages of universality,interaction,convenience,ease of use and personalization,WeChat service quietly changes the reading behavior of more and more library readers.Based on this,through the data statistics of Zhaoqing library's WeChat public platform,which integrates library services,including reader data,book renewal data,self-service equipment borrowing data and free WiFi login data,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to improve user stickiness and promote the development of traditional library business.
