规范司法行为是实现司法公正的重要保障之一。目前,信息技术的成熟为规范司法行为提供了技术保障,云计算、大数据、互联网等信息技术的成熟发展为法院工作,尤其是对诉讼审判工作产生了巨大影响,提升了法院的工作效率,同时大幅度提升了法院工作的规范程度,使工作具有程序性、可塑性和规范性。因此,实施信息化建设成为法院的重要工作之一。
