运用PDCA循环法降低住院患者抗菌药物使用率

PDCA cycle method for reducing utilization rate of antimicrobial drugs in hospitalized patients

目的 探讨PDCA循环法在降低抗菌药物使用率管理中的应用效果,以降低住院患者抗菌药物使用率。方法 选取本院肾病学科的住院患者作为研究对象,利用PDCA循环对抗菌药物使用率进行管理,比较管理前后患者抗菌药物使用率的变化情况。结果 实施PDCA管理模式后,肾病学科住院患者抗菌药物使用率由70.38%降低到了58.64%。结论 运用PDCA循环法有效降低了住院患者抗菌药物的使用率,能有效解决管理工作中发现的薄弱点,推动管理人员发现、解决问题能力,提高了医院科室的管理质量和水平,值得在各个科室广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method for reducing the utilization rate of antimicrobial drugs in hospitalized patients.Methods The inpatients treated at our department were selected as research objects.PDCA cycles were used to manage the utilization rate of antibiotics.And then,the antibiotics use rates before and after management were analyzed.Results After the implementation of PDCA management mode,the antibiotics use rate decreased from 70.38%to 58.64%.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycles can effectively reduce the antibiotics use rate in inpatients,solve the weak points found in the management work,promote the management staff's ability to discover and solve problems,and improve the management quality,so it is worth being widely generalized in various departments.
