加纳眼科医疗服务发展现状分析

Introduces of the development of ophthalmology in Ghana

加纳共和国位于非洲西部,被世界银行列为中低收入国家,医疗资源比较匮乏,医护人员的数量显著不足。这种缺医局面显然无法满足加纳社会经济发展要求,加大医生培养、积极人才引进、扩大人员交流、加强国际合作等成为目前加纳政府壮大医生队伍的主要举措。眼健康是国民健康的重要组成部分,是涉及民生的重大公共卫生问题和社会问题,加纳受经济条件和技术能力的限制,加纳的防盲治盲功能非常艰巨。作第7批援加纳中国医疗队眼科医生在加纳首都阿克拉Lekma医院工作,立足于受援国家的眼科的宏观发展,为了解加纳眼科医疗现状和存在问题,本文就对加纳整个国家眼科的发展现状作一介绍。

The republic of Ghana is located in west Africa.It is classified by the World Bank as a low and middle income country with lack of medical resources and a significant shortage of medical staff.This lack of medical care clearly does not meet Ghana’s socio-economic development requirements,therefore increasing doctor training is imperative.Actively introducing talents,expanding personnel exchanges,and strengthening international cooperation have become the main measure taken by the Ghanaian government to strengthen their medical sector.Eye health is an important component of national health and a major public health and social issue related to people’s livelihood in Ghana.Current economic conditions and technological capabilities are limited.Its function of preventing and curing blindness is very difficult.The seventh batch of ophthalmologists are assisting the Ghana Chinese Medical Team who work at the Lekma Hospital,based on the great development of ophthalmology in other recipient countries.In order to understand the current situation and problems of ophthalmology in Ghana,this paper introduces the development of ophthalmology in Ghana as a whole.
