多学科联合干预对精神分裂症患者自我管理行为的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary combined intervention on self-management behavior of schizophrenic patients

目的 探讨多学科联合干预对精神分裂症患者自我管理行为和康复的影响。方法 将2016年10月至2017年3月住院时130例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。对照组实施一般精神科治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上,由多学科团队成员对其进行自我管理行为干预,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、精神分裂症患者自我管理量表,于干预前及干预6个月、12个月末进行评定。结果 干预前2组PANSS、SDSS、自我管理量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(F值分别为:0.109、0.058、0.164,P >0.05),干预6个月、12个月末观察组PANSS、SDSS、自我管理量表评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预一年后观察组的复发率(20.00%)及再住院率(10.77%)低于对照组的复发率(36.92%)及再住院率(24.62%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多学科团队对精神分裂症患者自我管理行为的联合干预,提高了患者的自我管理能力、降低了其社会功能缺损程度,有利于患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary combined intervention on selfmanagement behavior and rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.Methods 130 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.The control group received general psychiatric treatment and nursing,on the basis the observation group received self-management behavior intervention by multidisciplinary team members.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),the social function defect screening scale(SDSS),and the schizophrenia self-management scale were evaluated before intervention and at the end of 6 months and 12 months after intervention.Results The scores of PANSS,SDSS,and self-management scale in the two groups before intervention showed no statistical significance(F=0.109,0.058,0.164;P >0.05);the scores of PANSS,SDSS,and self-management scale of the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The recurrence rate and re-hospitalization rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group one year after intervention(20.00%vs.36.92%,10.77%vs.24.62%),with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary team self-management behavior combined intervention in schizophrenic patients,improves the patients'self management ability,reduces the social function defect degree,is beneficial to patients’recovery.
