摘要
地铁工程线路大多地处市中心,周边环境复杂,交通流量大,穿越桥梁桩基时拆桥重建施工存在巨大困难,设计方案越来越多考虑盾构机直接穿越桥梁桩基。盾构机穿越桥梁桩基对盾构机本身要求高,因此,在不拆除桥梁桩基的条件下,对盾构机进行了系列的改造研究,对杭州地铁2号线SG2-14标成功进行了直接切削穿越桥梁桩基施工。
The most of metro lines lie in the downtown area with complex environment and high traffic around, thus there exist great difficulties in bridge breakdown and reconstruction when they pass through pile foundation bridges. Now the design scheme tends to allow shield machine to go through bridge pile foundation directly, however, the penetration construction of bridge pile foundation has strict requirement on the shield machine itself. Therefore, on the prerequisite not to remove the bridge pile foundation, the shield machine was transformed by a series of study and then successfully put into the construction of direct cutting of pile foundation across bridges of SG2-14 Section of Hangzhou Metro Line 2.
