紫外灯消毒对静脉用药集中调配中心臭氧浓度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)采用紫外灯进行空气消毒后对臭氧浓度的影响。方法采用紫外辐射照度计检测紫外灯照度,采用臭氧检测仪检测臭氧浓度,并观察臭氧产生及消散情况。结果在水平层流台、A2型及B2型生物安全柜和洁净调配间的紫外灯照度均大于100μW/cm^2;预试验检测在洁净调配间空调系统和层流台风机全部开启或关闭状态,以及紫外灯开启或关闭30 min内,臭氧浓度无明显差异(P> 0.05);紫外灯开启60 min内的不同时间点臭氧浓度无明显差异(P> 0.05);紫外灯开启15,30,60 min关闭后15 min内臭氧浓度无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 PIVAS大量使用紫外灯产生的特殊气味,以及臭氧浓度检测仪检测到的极低浓度臭氧,可能是由空气中的微量臭氧造成,紫外灯的使用对人体相对安全。 Objective To investigate the ultraviolet(UV)lamp disinfection on ozone concentration in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The illuminance of UV lamp was measured by UV irradiance meter,the ozone concentration was measured by the ozone detector,and the generation and dissipation of ozone concentration were observed.Results On the horizontal laminar flow table,in A2 type and B2 type biosafety cabinets and clean dispensing room,the illumination of UV lamp was greater than 100μW/cm^2.In the clean dispatching room,the air conditioning system and laminar fan were all opened or closed,and the UV lamp was turned on or off for 30 min,the pre-test was carried out and the result showed that there was no significant difference in ozone concentration(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in ozone concentration at different time points within 60 min after UVlamp was switched on(P >0.05),or no significant difference was found among 15,30,60 min after UV lamp was switched on and 15 min after UV lamp was switched off(P >0.05).Conclusion The special odor produced by the extensive use of UV lamp in PIVAS and the extremely low concentration of ozone detected by ozone concentration detector may be caused by trace ozone content in the air,which is relatively safe for human.
