人工关节置换术联合益气活血汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折临床研究

Clinical Study on Artificial Joint Replacement Combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的探讨人工关节置换术联合益气活血汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年5月至2017年5月收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者76例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(37例)和观察组(39例)。两组患者均行人工关节置换术,观察组患者加用益气活血汤。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗6个月后Harris评分均明显升高(P <0.05);与术后1 d比较,两组患者术后10 d血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞比容(HTC)水平均明显升高(P <0.05),且观察组上述指标均明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者首次下床活动时间、疼痛消失时间、住院时间与骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论人工关节置换术联合益气活血汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,可提升Harris评分,改善Hb及HCT水平,并缩短术后恢复时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Totally 76 patients with elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(39 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The patients in the two groups were treated with artificial joint replacement,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.Results Compared with before treatment,the Harris scores of the two groups were significantly increased after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with 1 d after the operation,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)in the two groups were significantly increased on the 10th d after the operation(P<0.05),and the above indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first ambulation time,pain disappearance time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial joint replacement combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can increase the Harris score,improve the levels of Hb and HCT,and shorten the postoperative recovery time of the patients.
