装配压力对动力型VRLA电池性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of assemble pressure on the performances of power VRLA batteries

摘要 采用万能试验机对电池极群的干、湿态装配压力进行测试。同时,对VRLA电池的充放电性能和循环寿命等进行研究。结果显示,当电池极群的干态装配压力为85 kPa±5 kPa时,电池失效后极群装配压力在35 kPa左右,电池循环寿命较干态装配压力为50~60 kPa时提高了33%左右。实验表明,较高的装配压力对提升电池循环性能有很大的促进作用。 The universal tester was used to assess the pressures of the dry and wet plate groups of leadacid cells.And the charge-discharge property and cycle life of the cells were tested.When the dry assemble pressure was about 85 kPa±5 kPa,the wet assemble pressure could be about 35 kPa after the cell was failure,and the cycle life was increased about 33%compared with when the dry assemble pressure was about 55~60 kPa.The results showed that the high assemble pressure was beneficial to the cycle life of power VRLA cells.
